I removed the bars and re-installed them paying attention to the torque. They were VERY tight. on removal. Tightened to correct torque and I have to say the vibration felt through the bars and the 'buzzing' of my mirrors has dropped dramatically. Good call all who said retrace what you did, I did not think of the bar removal. But, I still 'feel' like the vibration is more than before,,, maybe I'm just more aware.

You can give him reputation points by clicking on the scales in the top right corner of his post to recognize a good suggestion.
You will give him ~1% of the value of your points.
So, ~643 points added to his current 3,020,621.
