Default Finned Headbolt Bridges Installed -- Me Likes

Just installed the HD finned headbolt bridges on my 2019 Iron 883.
I really like the way they fill in the void around the sparkplugs, between the headbolts.
I did not like the open holes on the top of the bridges at the headbolt locations, so I went to Lowes and bought some 3/8" chrome hole plugs and put them on as a finishing touch.
Me likes!!

Looks nice. I didn't know Lowe's had chrome plugs like that. Are they in the hardware section?

Yeah, I like. I'm also going to look at Lowes. Let us know if in hardware.

It shows as Aisle 2 | Bay 17 in my local Lowe's, I believe that is the aisle
next to all the nuts and bolts.

Choose your local Lowe's store for the exact location if stocked.

Or try Home Depot-

Hi guys,

Yes, you will find them in the hardware section.
They are located in the drawers that have the specialty hardware in them.
Lots of interesting things to be found there. They also have black plastic hole plugs (not good for the headbolt bridges because of the intense heat) and many other miscellaneous bits.

Just a side note, have the MoCo product installed on my Orange for nearly 15 years, and yes they really clean up that area. This past Spring I caught a pair from Kuryakyn on a great sale. Installed, ran to my sons, about 35 miles and they were gone when I got there, doh! Can’t recommend those!

Yikes.

Well mine are the genuine HD MoCo units and they look like if they are installed and tightened properly, there is extremely low probability that they will fall off.
I'm not saying it is impossible for them to come loose -- just extremely unlikely for that to happen. Double set screws on each head-bolt head plus thread locker... the mounting appears to be well-engineered.
