Default Can you tell if my engine isolator bushing is bad by looking at these pictures

Can you tell if my engine isolator bushing is bad by looking at these pictures.
It is a 2006 XL1200C with 24K miles on it. I mean I can see it drooping a
little but is that enough to warrant replacement?

FrankZ,

I remember reading a rule-of-thumb that said: If you disconnect the upper tie link and the engine drops, it’s time to replace the isolator.

Thanks jzink. I will go disconnect some tie links and see what happens.

When I did mine the engine dropped about 10 mm when I removed the front links. With the new ones installed the linls lined right up. Also, with the old isolators, there was excessive movement of the engine to frame at idle.
