FYI, for those used to seeing torque in lb-ft, that graph is in Nm
Multiply Nm by .737 for lb-ft.
Peak torque is 59.45 lb-ft when converted

I’m sure it will be a fun ride!

Very nice job. Approximately 1 lb-ft per cubic inch and approximately 1 hp per cubic inch. Good numbers for a street driven ironhead.

The lines don't cross at 5250 if you measure in NM ?

I didn't know that.

I guess different calculations for torque ?

Also, I think HD claimed 65 horses for them back then. Always thought they fudged a bit.

Default Exhaust system

You can see that the muffler has been disassembled, what was inside it is removed and a perforated tube of 1.75 diameter and 12 inches long is inserted. In the tube are four pins inserted to act as "lollipops".
