I made one out of a cereal box once. it worked. tapped it out with a ball peen hammer.

Ya know they sell rolls of gasket material at the auto parts right?

Sure it'll work! As long as it's the right size, thickness and doesn't miss anything. After all, it IS a 75 Sportster. The worst thing that can happen is that it STILL leaks oil.

Go thru all that for a $5.00 gasket? If you install a factory gasket and it leaks your installing it wrong.
