I got mine from Zippers recently and it was $329 free shipping. They seemed to be rather helpful.

I haven't installed my kit yet because I have my bike apart and waiting for my rear wheel to be relaced. I have a question. What type of wrench do you use to remove the drive sprocket?

I am going to try a PBI front sprocket (PN 288) with a 3/4" offset and a 3/4" rear sprocket to see if that clears a 180 tire.

You can get the PBI sprockets from any drag specialties dealer and the spacer from the same or vulcanworks.net.
Did the 3/4" offset clear a 180???

Although this is a old post I would like to revive it with other questions.
I'm making a softail frame for an early sportster (1993 1200) that will run a 200 wide rear Tyre, so my questions are 1) who would supply a 1" offset front sprocket for the chain drive conversion, and 2) does anyone make a cover to accommodate the soon to be protruding gear.
