Default Alternative primary tentioner idea

I designed a frame and the lower frame rail runs right through where the primary tensioner bolt goes. I know of the hayden automatic tensioner and it looks like the bolt that come with it to tighten it ro the case fits snugly against it so maybe that would solve my problem. Any other ideas, cause i heard those things suck.? Ifound some ironheads had this cool internal thing that bolts to the inside o fthe case... Nothing like that for a 2000 evo?

The primary chain adjuster is mounted on the bottom of the Primary Cover - Do you have any clearance between that cover and the frame, where the adjuster screw sticks out?

do you have a jpeg of the frame/issue?
how visible is it from the side??
i will throw this out for grins and giggles:
what if you cut a section of the frame and welded in a nut or collar with the hole that will allow an allen head fastener to pass through. you could dress it down to look presentable.
or you can mod the frame for a take out section iron riders have done.

chevelle has a nice one (post #7) and way less involved than mine

this is a sketch of the lower part of the engine. the chain tentioner bolt is shown and the dashed circle part is where i need a frame rail to go. i really dont want to raise the engine at all.

if you saddle and blend, would not look bad. of coarse it would have to be in alignment. using a socket head hex that will pass through or even turning the head down is an option. the jam nut can be a 1/2 nut if tuck is close.
these are control arm bushing pins from my 1500 sliverado when i swapped to poly bushings, very thick and high grade steel. if you need measurement or need one let me know, will be on its way.
