Unhappy electrical system issues

out for a ride on my 95 1220 custom and I noticed that the speedo is not working, turn signal indicators on dash are both lit up and the foot brake pedal won't activate the light. I installed all new circuit breakers but no luck. I cant find a common item in the wiring diagram that would make these all go out at once. Bike starts and runs fine. I'm a decent wrench but the electrical is a definite weak spot for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Common items causing fault would be: Poor or Loose battery connections, Dirty Grounding points, Ignition Switch either going bad or shorting wires.
Sometimes it helps to shut off the bike and when you turn it back on, wiggle the key.
If you recently did some work on the bike or washed it, check the areas where you did the work. Look for loose or broken connections.

You can disconnect the TS Canceller & see if the TS lights go out - that will tell you if the signal is coming from the TS Canceller or from some short in the wiring...

You may have scraped the wires under the fender - causing a break in the brake wiring and shorting to the turn signals...

Have you changed/worked on anything at the handlebar switches?
At the tank? At the headlight?

Here are circuit diagrams for the turn signals & the brake light:
