Did you notice the pinging as a consistent noise or intermittent/non patterned?

I would say intermittent.
Drove me crazy trying to diagnose.
Then I just switched stations, problem went away.

I got a tank of bad gas a couple years ago. Bike would just shut down, I'd coast to the side of road, and then it always just restarted. I figured out some blobs of something were clogging the pilot jet, then probably getting sucked through. After a couple tanks of different brand gas, all was well again. It was a strange experience.

No issues in performance however I haven’t ruled out that the oil is maybe getting too hot?

A buddy sent me a screenshot of an oil tank from Slims Fab Farm.
Anyone heard of this company?
