Default How to properly chop front blinkers

I can't find a good guide on how to. I bought the bike with the front turn signals gone. I added two rear LED tail lights and put in resistors but I am getting constant light, no flashing. What is the best way to get these suckers to start blinking? I have seen two and three prong flasher modules, seems the easiest way but I am not sure how to wire them up to what I have. Would it be easier to add something to the wiring for the front flashers that are now cut? Thank you in advance.

TWO TAILLIGHTS? Do you mean Turn Signals? If something else, please explain.

Here's the Sportsterpedia section on Turn Signals:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...3#turn_signals

Missing a Right Front TS and using a LED for the Rear TS - You'll need two 6-ohm, 50-watt resistors wired in parallel to compensate for the missing incandescent bulbs. Wire both resistors in parallel by connecting one end of each resistor to the BROWN TS signal wire and the other end of each resistor to ground. This will current load the Turn Signal Module similar to using the incandescent bulbs.
