That's ok, on Tapatalk I can't even see the 4 bikes listed. I just ASSumed...and you know what that gets.

Not that I have a problem owning it either way, drinking or not lol.

You'll want to post this question in the Ironhead section - Those guys sometimes don't check other subsections to see what's being posted...

You just installed a new ramp.

Is this a stock ramp from the moco? After market? Did you get it as a unit including the proper balls for it? A while back a friend was playing with different balls. Total fail, and larger balls ride on the edge of the channel causing half travel and strange clutch problems. Strange in that the problems we saw were not constant.

Make sure the ramp is sitting at it's low point when you start the adjustment. I have seen a hung up ramp cause a bad adjustment before.

Personally, I would adjust back and forth, and see what a loose adjustment feels like, and how much back off from contact point seems to work best. If you leave more play at the ramp adjustment, then you need to take more out of the cable, and vice versa. Maybe something is positioned at the end of it's adjustment range instead of back at the beginning?

Oh, if the ramp is different than stock in that maybe it has a longer arm for easier operation, check that the travel has room without running out of cable.

Basically this sounds like a mechanical issue that should be visible as you inspect the entire assembly.
