Default BEWARE Of SCAMMERS!

Some users have received PMs from scammers in response to WTBs that they've posted. They tend to follow along these lines, or similar:
"My buddy <name> has what you're looking for, email him on <email address>."
The person sending the PM typically has no posts, and has only just joined the Forum.

There may be a line like this at the bottom of the PM:
"Sent from my TECNO LB8a using Tapatalk"
If you Google a 'TECNO LB8a' (or whatever phone they're using) you'll see that it has a Nigerian origin!

I very strongly recommend that you don't contact the email address.

Please don't reply to the PM either.

Instead please report the PM: cick the 'Report Private Message' button (). Then one of the mods will deal with the scammer.

Default Pre 1972 front hub drum brake UK

As the title suggests I’m looking for a front drum brake hub as used on Sportsters up to 1972. Thanks

ALL SORTED NOW…..
Found what I was looking for through this forum. A great resource as we really struggle for early parts in the UK.
Thanks everyone.

If anyone is interested i'm selling all of my motorcycle / machine shop stuff.

I have collected a cache of rare stock parts as well as some racing parts. I also have a lathe, milling machine, and universal grinder. Everything needs to go.

Located in Florida.
