Default so who has done a top end

i'm fixing to do a top end job
i'm looking at wiesco or KB pistons
my question is do the wrist pins have the brass bushings like shovelheads
and do they have to be pressed in and then cut to fit the wrist pin.

Default

Only bushing is in the con rod small end, pistons are sized to fit the wrist pins, which are included in the piston kits. Wrist pins are full floating type that you oil and slip into place, after fitting one keeper so you know how far to go. Install the other keeper and you're ready to run. No cutting of any kind is necessary, at least not on the Wiseco 10:1 forged pistons I have.

Eric
