Well, I don't know how the 'racist' remark here above got into this thread? It's more about how ridicule things got nowadays. And it's about being so political correct that it's almost ridiculous. Try to laugh or speak about something other than about an average white guy and you're the 'bad guy' it seems. And everyone seems to shit his pants just to make fun of things.

But to get back to people who have poverty or are less fortunate in life. They tend to be more obese or have diabetes indeed. Reason? As long as you let people pay 4x more for grocheries or healty food, they switch to junk food or very cheap other unhealthy food. And it's not about any color in particular, they all belong to the 'human race'.

Aspartame.
Sucralose.
Can't speak for the rest of the EU, but just read the bottle Zero Coke and it's almost the same shit that's in it.

Remember when they blamed it on fuel prices, then the fuel took a dive, yet food costs kept going up....hmmm.

I see. Got lost in translation there, thought you meant otherwise. Sorry 'bout that. I agree.

Apparently, Coke has dropped the "be less white" training seminar. They don't like being called "Woke-a-Cola"

Back in the "good ole days" if you didn't like Archie Bunker, you changed the channel. Now days, if you don't like what I'm saying, you can shut the H up & go away. I won't miss you & you won't miss me either. You don't want to hear my opinion of you & your opinion of me is none of my business. If that don't make you happy, that's your problem. I'm gonna choose to be happy no matter what you say or do. Far as I'm concerned, that's the end of it.

To preserve and protect Freedom, everyone has to tolerate things they don't like, especially the government tolerating people's bad opinion of them. Our Republic principles demand that. Yet those principles have been ignored for a long time. They have been slowly replaced with demands of more and more submission of our freedoms, to recognize that the government is better able to care for us than we can care for ourselves.

The Cancel Culture is just another form of popularly-chosen totalitarianism - on a social canvas. Those who promote this idea are not Freedom-loving people, because this intolerant cancer kills Freedom. Nor are they Liberal, in the most basic sense of that word, but rather Self-Appointed Elites who think all others should live their lives based on the preferences of the Elites. It's a social disease that posits that the Elites can think & choose better than you and because of that, you must accept their superior perspectives.

Our founding society rejected the idea of Pure Democracy for the very reason that they saw the morass of trouble created by a Mobocracy. The concepts of Freedom, Self-Reliance, Individualism & Personal Responsibility were based on 'self-evident' Truths that existed at that time, but also required tolerance, even then. Those Truths are no longer self-evident to a society that refuses to remember (or downright loathes) the history that created it.

It's a sorry state that our society is in, where those founding principles have been abandoned. They have been supplanted with a preference for Self-centered Elitists (often self-appointed) exercising power over sycophants demanding the acquiescence of those who believe otherwise.

Cancel Culture = Cancer Culture.
