Sucks you are having to deal with that, they should at least reply to you quickly, it's completely inexcusable

The in stock claim mean that the supplier think the distributor have some in hand. The distributor want to make the sale so he list the item as in stock.

Now we are in the high season; peoples want their bike ready for spring. Before Easter nobody think about motorcycle except in the sunny states.

Ask Hammer Performance, one of the best supplier, how much back time they are dealing with now.

Most of the after market parts are built in the chineese zone. Even if they are tagged USA made.

Your sissy bar is may be in the Havre now while the container ship unload some stuff for France, then it will go down to Philadelphia to be ship to the distributor in California, the distributor will ship it to the supplier in New-Jersey, then the supplier ship it to the vendor in Florida.

Now track the shipping to the pick-up company that send it to the regional office in Idaho to be sort. After this trip, it go back to New York for custom clearance, now to the Global shipping in Kentucky that send them to the country of origin to be sent to Singapour who have the permit to send the siisy bar to France. Your are the expert in France, you must know the route.

Rejean, you paint it ugly!!! Sometimes the truth is ugly though!

I told my old woman today that I have been waiting for parts for almost a week. She made a call to the supplier, who simply found an oversight in their warehouse and took care of it. Instead of the shipping I paid for, they sent it out this evening priority..we will see when it gets here...from Texas to South Carolina.

Anyway, I am still buying parts for my project a little along and had looked around at Bison. I am hoping they get it resolved reasonably, but still will be thinking twice about ordering from them.

I hope you get your parts soon breton.

I feel like I have been rolled! but fortunately, I made some good business with other companies (Tc Bros, Vulcan, J&P cycles, Deadbeat customs,...) parts in stock, order, email exchange... 2 weeks later package at home !
what I blame Bison is the total lack of communication with the customer.

I do not even have a tracking number so I'm in total emptiness. I can not know if the part is gone.
