Default Ronnie's Harley Davidson / mailorder

I have used Ronnie's H-D website in the past to look up part numbers but only recently used them to order parts. It seemed like the right thing to do since their website is so useful. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I made three orders in quick succession as I was disassembling my newest purchase, a 2003 XLH883 that needs some restoration. First off, I was e-mailed and called about a couple of parts that are obsolete and no longer available plus, someone there noticed that I had multiple orders and combined them into one and refunded the shipping costs to my PayPal account. I consider that great service and that's the kind of place I will buy from again.

I have ordered from them a few times and have zero complaints. The last time I called before I ordered online to see if a part was in stock and they were super helpful and courteous, more so than both of my local dealers are in person. I will definitely buy from Ronnie's again.
