Default Odometer/speedo misinformation

I just checked my speedo with the help of my FP3 Fuelpak and it showed 9,8% too high speed at around 65 mph. So my reported fuel economy here in this thread is off by the same factor.
Quite a big error I think.

If mine were like that, I'd consider a few fixes. For instance, maybe pulley changes to give it taller gearing. Maybe a bigger rear tire if at all possible (probably not). And finally, there are electronic kits that can help compensate. I forget who sells them. Hopefully they're still out there. My bike was kind of becoming Frankenbike already. I thought about putting a larger front pulley on mine, but since my speedo/odo are accurate I thought I'd find myself putting the compensating electronics in there too. Instead I just live with 3.8k at 70 mph though I believe I'd get a little more mpg if I had taller gearing!

Edit: Maybe this is where to get it. https://www.883sportster.com/product...-the-corrector

Thank you for the suggestions, however the FP3 can adjust the speedo directly in the ECM. It uses the GPS reported speed from the smartphone it connects to.
It has to be an EFI-bike of course.

I get about 35

883 gearing, no highway. 120 mph on the blvd about everyday. Hard/fast riding

She could be tuned a bit better, but runs well high rpm which is where I stay
