air leak iron head rubber manifold
I still have problems with air leak. I ordered elastic bands Can silicone(RTV) be put inside the elastic temporarily will it help?   |

Silicone sucked into the combustion chamber? That will be interesting. Replace the rubbers.
Though I have got by with worm hose clamps in emergencies. A good clamp is a must, built like so
