Thumbs up How To: View HD Part #'s 1991-2010 - All Models - With Part #'s and Exploded Views!!

Maybe this information is somewhere on the XLF but I haven't ran across it. I found this invaluable link for our XLF community considering all the questions we get from members asking for Part #'s....figured this thread would be a great one-stop spot we could send members to look-up their own parts.

Thanks to Ronnie's Harley Davidson in Pittsfield, MA for providing this great information.

Warning: The part numbers listed may not include the latest revisions from HD. Please verify that there are no revision changes. For example....34660-04....is infact now 34660-04A (this is a real example if you try it). See Step #9 on how to check via Ronnie's system.

How to view parts / part #'s / exploded views:

1). Open Link:

http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....m_oem/hdmc.asp

2). Select Year (I selected 2007):

3). Select model of HD (I selected 1200 Roadster):

4). Select the area of interest located in the main categories frame / engine (I selected fuel pump assembly under frame):

5). Select the parts you need by finding the corresponding number in the index at the bottom (I selected the fuel pump...item #11 - see red box). Also notice that you can zoom in and out on the image and even open it in another window:

6). Once you add a quantities to all the parts you want...click "Add Items to Parts List" (again...see red box....this is located at the top and bottom of the parts index at the bottom of the screen).

7). After collecting all the items you want to find HD part #'s for your and you see them in your "Parts List" (which will show you the price that Ronnie's HD sells it for)....click at the top "Send To Cart":

8). Now in the "Cart" you can see the HD part #'s (in the red box):

9). To check for the latest revision in Ronnie HD's site....write down the part numbers you want to check currently displayed in the cart.

Reopen the first link in this thread and click on the "View Parts List" located in the middle of this screen shot:

You will now be back at the "Parts List" as shown below. Simply enter the part number in the field next to "Add Item To Parts List" (see the blue box) but enter it with the next revision Letter. For example....in this case for the fuel pump the part number that came up was 75305-07....so I searched for 75305-07A (see the green box). It found Rev. A....so I did the same thing for 75305-07B and as you can see in the error message it did not find it:

NOTE: Some models may not show up during their first year of production. For example...there is no 07' Nightster....although we all know that the Low is very close to the same bike and any Nightster specific parts can be viewed if you look up a 08' Nightster.

Thanks a ton, but isn't that taking a lot away from "Folkie"?
