Default Pretty

People comment on my bike all the time but for some reason I seem to get a lot of women and they always say the same thing, "oh what a pretty bike". It's NOT pretty it's a Harley you can call it anything else you you want rad, cool, hot, sweet ride, B!@#$'n, but don't ever call it PRETTY.

I do tend to get a fair number of comments on my bike; high bars have a way of causing things like that.

I've had a few ask if it is a low rider or a deuce.

Just about every light, every gas station, every poker run.
....I just don't know if it's the bike or the fact I'm a girl with my own ride.

I get a lot of folks asking about the paintjob. Guess there are not that many purple ones

Funny part is...it is a stock color....

I get asked alot because most people don't know what a flat tracker looks like. The only thing they can think of is "what year is that" I tell them 87 and they say "it's in good shape". I say thanks and go on my way.

Most of the time. Especially if I'm at a bike night have the bike cleaned up and feel like pos'in and I'm bored. I been to several places where bikers hang and people will always walk around looking at the bikes and asked what make my HD is, and comment on the clean lines and the paint. Other day one guy asked me if my 04R factory paint on the tank was custom, lied and said sure nuff. He asked me where I got it done and I told him HD factory. Thats custom enough for me.

Last night I was at a car lot looking at the Roush Performance 427 Mustang and my girlfriend called it "cute"...

427HP..."cute"?

I damn near fell out on lot! She even went as far as to say she would paint it pink...

I gave up.

I get more questions about being a female rider out by herself than about the bike.
