Out in the first round . Other guy had a .000 tree to our .037, tuff to to beat that. MOV was .032. Good racers at our track. We're still making small adjustments but this combo is STRONG. Numbers are tight all the way down the track and we're dialing mid 60,s. The air is still pretty good tho. Nobody else racin yet?

1/4 mile track opens saturday for the the first time for test and tune this year. Im going if I get parts in time.

Mid May i will be doing some index racing, I think thats what its called. And I will also be running in 2 heads up classes, stock xl and fastest street sporty. Havent raced there since 08. Have had up to 23 bikes in the stock xl class. Which is no bore/stroke motors, factory wheel base, no air or bars. Open steet sporty is 68" wheelbase and also no air/bars ect. Open street sporty is also unlimited cubes. There is always some very good bikes and racers there, I am looking forward to it. The heads up racing gets the blood going!

Sounds like you have some good competition Mac. I bought a motorhome last week and took it for a weekend shake down trip, so I missed racing. Planning on racing this weekend though. Sun is the first race in the Harley series so I don't wanna miss that.

Out in the third round. Double B/O. Seems like I can't keep up with the track. 60's are jumping around to much. Tryin something different next week. Other guy had a .020 light to our .070. We both ran our best #'s ever.

Went to the track last nite for tnt. Had 1broke decent run(10.53) then the rest were all over. My 2 step isnt working right so it had me plenty frustrated. Hoping to get it figured out before the weekend or I'll have to relearn how to launch.

What kind of problems are you having with the 2-step? What kind is it? I'm thinking of trying a different one [DRL300] this weekend but it's a race. Might have to try something different and save the new 2-step for a T&T day. Any info might help. Thanks.

Drl300. Worked fine in the pits then it would blow right past it on the line. Gotta check all my wires and switch tonight. Tried eazing onto it and it would catch then as i got to full throttle go off again.

Thanks. I'm not so good with electrical so I'll wait for T&T. We know what we need to do just did'nt want to change to much at once. Gonna put down some crazy tight numbers or go home early I guess. LOL. We feel like it's that close. Thanks again and let us know what you find.

Changed a bunch of stuff. Got the win Sunday. Got a 4th round bye into the final. Gave us a free pass, no top end B/S, so I told my kid to go get it all and see what we got for the final. 9.566 @ 136.88 with only a 1.44 sixty, Wow. Other guy went .004 red to our .015, we both dialed a 9.55, would have been a good race. My son was killing the tree all day and the bike is getting better but it's still off. Short times are still moving around to much but it does respond to the adjustments. Talked to Dan at hammer, trying to find the parts to make some gearing changes. We'll see what happens.
