Default Check engine light flashing

2012 Iron 883 with V&H short shorts, Arlen ness AC, tuned with power commander.
Before the tune I had P0113 and the check engine light would go on and off when riding (random flashing) so I changed the IAC. Then dyno tuned the bike with a power commander and the light went away and never came back. Now after about 2 months the light flashes again with the same code and I have a jerking while riding sometimes. Could a broken wire in the harness cause the light to flash and trigger this jerking?
I'm looking for any suggestions or common fixes? This is my first post, Thanks!

the iac basically goes out of use or ignored above a certain rpm. the iac will not affect anything above that cut off. however, if the wire is intermittent, the ecm will see a voltage level outside a window and log a fault and the check light will come on, apparently this is a soft code as the light does not stay on. also, when the iac falls outside the window, the ecm will default to a pre-programmed value. usually this is a base idle adjustment which the iac can only modify. if it is surging, possible a o2 issue or maybe a erratic fuel pressure issue which changes mixture.

Well the surging has only happened randomly twice and went away. O2 sensors are bypassed with the power commander. I also had a crank position señor code come up and I changed it yesterday. Going to run the bike today to see if it's any different.
