Made a few changes.

Engine: 2004 1200C

Lower End: Stock

Cylinders: HAMMER Performance-Black 3.563" I.D.

Pistons: HAMMER Performance-3.563" 30* reverse dome.

Heads: 03' Buell XB, HAMMER Performance Crush service, 1.900" Intake, 1.615" Exhaust, 5/16" Valve Guides, Sledge Hammer competition 5/16" valve spring kit .650 lift. Breather bolt holes drilled and tapped. 30* squish cut.

Rockers: S&S Roller Rockers

Pushrods: HAMMER Performance -.050" Pushrod Length

Lifters: Jims PowerGlide II Hydraulic Tappets

Cams: HAMMER Performance CRUSH 600s

Carburation: HSR Mikuni 45- 25 pilot jet, 170 Main jet, 97 needle 3rd notch from the top (middle clip position). IMS out 2.125 turns.

Air Filter: HAMMER Performance Biller Air Hammer with forward offset and 3" filter

Intake Manifold: HAMMER Performance Billet

Exhaust: Samson Caliber 2 into 1

Ignition: Daytona Twin Tec TC88A with custom map. Also runs well with the switches at 5,7,7,5

Coil: Daytona Twin Tec

Clutch: Energy One

Transmission: Stock

Other Mods: Pingle Petcock, DTT plug wires, Denso IXU24 Iridium plugs, Buell Oil Pump, Deimus Crank Case Mod. All Balls Racing starter.

This bike is a 2007 XL883 with the following mods:

The bike has the stock lifters, pushrods, rocker arms, valve springs & hardware, throttle body, intake manifold, ignition coil, etc. Compression ratio is 10.5:1 and it's running on pump gas.

Same 2007 XL883 above but with these mods:

The heads are now also equipped with a better spring pack than they were for the previous result, and obviously the chambers were machined to work with the 30 degree pistons.

Compression ratio remains at 10.5:1 and it's still running pump gas.
