That is right on! I need something like that for when i wear my thick heavy boots in the winter. Toe shifting is tricky with real thick boots.

Talking This one is for sale.

Well, I made a "Version 3". Version 2 WORKS PERFECTLY; but I have just been thinking of a few refinements. I'm obsessive that way.
If anyone wants to purchase the one pictured earlier in this thread (version 2), PM me. Price will be $100, not including the shift Pegs or Nylon bushing. Remember, it is for Forward Controls, I think it will fit '04 through '09.

Default Version 3, Final version!

For those interested, here is version 3 with the refinements I came up with. I think this is much more "Finished" looking, and sleeker. The shift peg rail and shift lever arm are now made of 1/2" aluminum and are not laminated. I reduced the overall laminations from 7 to 4. I am completely satisfied with the looks of this version. I am not planning to refine any further.
The orientation of the shift pegs to the foot rest is the exact same as version 2. If any one wants to purchase version 2, I still have it for sale as stated above. PM me.
EDIT - Version 2 is sold.

Wow. Looks very "professional" (and I mean that in the best possible way). A fine piece of workmanship and something you can be proud of.
Although I'll admit--there's part of me that still loves the 'cottage industry' look of the Mk II with all the lightening holes. That was pretty cool too, but, as you say, it was looking a little thick.
