There was someone on the forum that was wanting to trade forward controls for the regular mid controls.

Always loved the looks of those ones. There was a local barn find (apparently one of those rare barns that didn't have pigeons in it, or at least the bike was under a tarp) a couple of months ago. They were asking two grand, and if I didn't have my orange Roadster I would have been sorely tempted.

Hammer the proper name for this hybrid sportster is "Fatster".

Fat boy split tank upgrade on my 1995 XLH 883 DLX Sportster. Clearance issues finally got the clearance issues figured out front to rear. handle bars clear the tank, triple tree now clears and there is 3/4 inch space between seat and back of tank. Now I will lower the front down to ride parallel with the air cleaner and fab the top mount, Still have a ways to go waiting for parts to come in.

When I was young, we used to call a Sporty with fatbob tanks a "Tankster"
