It's been a while since i could log on. My phone hardly works on this site.

The conversion went smooth and fired up the first time after turning it over by hand running the checks. Have not had it on the dump because of my knobbys. But it will pull strong from about 2800-6000 easy. I cruise around 3k so it stays in the power where I want it. Low speed manners are good. High speed is fine till I back off the throttle then she seems to need a little more air. May need to back off the main jet (45/180 w/mod intake with stack) but for now everything works pretty good. I will fine tune it after I get me tire.

Note: Using the stock cams would bring him closer to the stated 11:1 compression ratio.
By using hotter cams with more duration and overlap, the result is a lower actual compression ratio.

The KB935C is a Flat Top

Cannot wait to see the Dynometer Numbers with his mods..

Good to hear it's running strong. that's the important thing.
also I think the SE 1.725 ratio rockers give a good gain for small outlay.
a few years back a friend of mine was trying different cam's in a EFI twin cam Softail 88". he started with a mild SE cam set, then changed to the next SE cam up. he has a DJ250i. the cam change made hardly any difference & for cost of Cams and the time, also time on Dyno tuning EFI, was a wait of time & $. then he put some SE 1.725 ratio Rockers, & they woke the second SE cam set up, turned into a mush better HP & TQ gain than the cam set change. but could cause valve train noise as opens and closes valves quicker.

Usually KB pistons eat oil.
You need (and I hope you did) to have a very big gap on top compression rings.
This big gap (info on instructions of kb pistons) it's supposed to be less or correct once the engine is in temp. But I found that this gap allow to use too much oil.
If there is no sufficient gap each ends of the ring kisses each other and the top cracks.
I had both situations on my Vette.
The first engine (a 355) was using a quart every 800-1000 miles.
the second (a 383) broke ring land on 5 pistons and I found 9 skirts on the oil pan too.
On the next engine ( a 396) i used SRP forged. 11.230 in the quartermile and perfect on the street too.
