Weight training is not just for the old. There are many routines using bodyweight with balance benefits.

I see it now, me on a Sportster balancing up in the air on barrels and tubes, like those dirt bikes, yeah, awesome, but I was impressed with the astounding help a physical therapist was with helping me get range of motion increased a lot after getting several titanium pins and screws in my spine. So doing balance exercises.
