First upgrade?
I just got a 2001 X1 with factory race kit upgrades. Here's my question, what should I do first? I'd love more power and pull I just need some opinions on where to start. This will probly be a winter project if it's an engine deal. I love this bike and I plan on having it a long time so what's first, whats the list I should make?

I guess the big question you need to know first off is what are you looking to spend in your quest for more power? And then what kind of riding do you do? Where do you want more power/pull? Do you want more pull off the line or top end. Cams are always a good, and relatively inexpensive way to get more but depending on your answers to the first 2 questions helps decide what cams. I'm not familiar at all with your current/stock setup on that bike. That's why it's important to talk to Hammer. But the first 2 questions here are important to have answers to.
