They know more about bikes, than some tech support line you call. It's the kind of shop where you can get exactly what you need, because they know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. These guys know Harleys. And their stockpile of parts is priceless. Every time the dealership on Mission tells me they can try to order it, and they'll call if it comes in........Wayne has it in stock.

There are shops nearby, who always look at me with a blank expression, when I start describing what I'm looking for. SFMoto. Cycle Gear. Moto Java. Then instead, they try to sell you a jacket, or a helmet.

WoW , I can't believe you are still dealing with the CV-P roblem..
They have always been great for me but I guess everything lately has been going TiTs Up..
I have a couple suppliers that have closed their doors due to COVID, when i called I get a message that states due to state law they can not open their warehouses so decided to close until pandemic ids over..
Dam i wish I could close my business for a year or so just to make everyone feel safe..
ANYWAY .. I hope you got what you needed . I have some jets and kits I keep for my junk.
if needed I can see what I can do .

A. Ordered parts to convert from offset clevis from Revzilla yesterday… They came this morning! (Reg Ship Selected)

B. Ordered mini footboards from Harley yesterday. (Reg Ship Selected, & In Stock) I hope they might get out the door in the next 5 days and I’ll have them in a couple weeks… their distribution is weak at best. The problem seems to be getting items (Out the door) into the pipeline, not the shipping company.

The worst OEM to get anything from is Tesla. There are Tesla cars sitting in shops for up to a year or more, waiting for the factory to send out a part. They have the parts. They're building new cars with those parts. They just don't send them out when ordered for service work. And forget about collision repair. It's almost impossible to get a new fender, hood, door, or whatever. I live in The City. It's common to see a Tesla with cardboard taped over a broken window. Not that the owner is too cheap to fix his car. The glass is on order. In the meantime, he just has to tape cardboard over a broken window, in a $100,000+ car.

Every time I pay $5 for a ferrule, or circlip, or something ridiculous like a screw......I am grateful that it's not like paying $2,000 for Tesla autoglass, and then waiting for a year.

Just to close this out and I won’t comment further.
Ordered parts, got confirmation of purchase. Got shipping number for label created. Got a dm on here after I posted with an email address to contact . Otherwise I never got any responses to emails or inquires. Waited 7 weeks. then disputed it on PayPal, got an empty package a few days later, then had to dispute that. About 3 weeks got settled with refund. Anyway I wish anyone with a small business luck and generally want to support them. Especially when they serve the sportster community but the lack of communication and follow up was killer. I hope it was a fluke. Who knows.

Wow, what an ordeal, and what’s up with sending an empty package? That is so wrong on so many levels. Sad when people can’t just be open and upfront. If you don’t have it, tell me. If you can’t get it, tell me. But don’t take my money and say nothing!

I get it. It's so that when you dispute the charge, they have shipping records showing the delivery. Very bad way to do business. Your experience shows me that I don't want to do business with them. They do not sell anything that I can't buy from another seller.

So, wish I saw this a while ago.

Does anyone know of CVP is in business? I placed an order aug 5th. They charged via PayPal, I haven’t heard a single word since, no confirmation email, no response to my email. I could just buy a new carb from a reputable provider and it would have been here last Friday…
