Default Turbo XB up and running...

I have only posted here a few times and none about my project. I have a 2005 XB12Scg that I bought new. I built its first turbo setup in 2006 and have worked to refine/improve the design since then. For most of the setups I have made only very limited internal engine modifications but the latest is a whole new machine. I put together a website to showcase all of the work that I have put into the latest setup, www.streetfighterperformance.com.

Last week I finished the new motor break in and put it on the dyno for some low boost full power pulls. I was extremely impressed with the outcome. The dyno results proved that the changes I made to the exhaust design helped the low-mid range power a good bit and reduced turbo spool time (not that it was ever bad before). I am waiting on a few small parts before I turn up the boost. I plan to run around 20-22psi and should see somewhere around 220-240hp.

Here is the bike before I painted the new exhaust:

and here are a few dyno charts for comparison:

BLUE: My bike with last setup (15psi) and right before it blew up
RED: My bike current setup 7psi

BLUE: My bike current setup 7psi
RED: Stock 2006 XB12 with a Drummer exhaust, Buell Pro series air filter and tuned with ECMspy:

BLUE: My bike current setup 7psi
RED: 88ci S3 with big valve ported heads, ? bigger cams... a nice big bore motor

No, I wish I could but I just don't think it would be worth the investment. I don't think the demand is there I will be building one more for a friend but it will be based on my older side mount setup with an internal wastegate and uses the stock header.

I would love to run one of those making about 170 hp on a 1250cc XB at Bonneville!

On that first dyno running making 187 hp it says you were running 18 psi??

I expected to hit 18psi but it only reached 15psi due to a leak in the intake plumbing. It's the dyno run in my youtube video here:
You can see the throttle body coupler pop off at the end of the last run. That's where the extra pressure was bleeding off.

What motor parts did you use? Flywheels? Cylinders? Heads? Rods?

EDIT:

I see now on your site that you have 1.5" Buell wheels, Carillos, factory cylinders, CP pop up dome XB style heat protected pistons, and XB heads that you opened up yourself.
