Default Wiring Terminal Block 71561-67

The parts books show this 4 point terminal for 1967-1969 XLH and XLCH.
(edit: or is that 2 points and 2 mount holes?)
I can't find it in the wiring diagrams.
What is/was it used for and where is it mounted?

Pic from Ebay.

JW BOON lists that part (71561-67) as - Terminal block - NOS - Sprint 67-72

That is a two-terminal screw-down connector - the outside holes are mounting holes.

I didn't find it listed in my 57-67 XL parts catalog or my 67-68 or 59-69 parts supplement catalog...

But Magneto Sportster mentions it in Post# 118 of this thread: http://xlforum.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1549152

OK - I see it on the schematic I have for the 1968-69 Sportster H model.
The connector is Item#9 - Junction Terminal Board
The Taillight is Item#6 - Tail Lamp

The terminal block mounts to the frame on 1967 - 1969 XLCH, there are two attachment points on the left downtube below the regulator mounts. It serves as the junction for the rear tail light and brake light to put it simply so that the rear fender can be removed.
