The carb body has one screw, the Idle Mixture Screw, located top rear center by the manifold flange. Looking down the throat, off to the left is the idle speed/throttle stop screw, and on the right in with the choke assembly is the fast idle adjust screw.

I think I figured out the mystery vacuum port too. The one that's capped was added for VOES in '83, then the one in the back on the manifold flange (the one that's in use now) was added for the same purpose in '84 but they didn't bother to remove the earlier one. So make extra sure that port is actually capped and isn't leaking!

The second port is for purging a charcoal canister.
Most have been removed (if it had one).

The port behind the throttle plate is for the VOES, the port closer to the air filter is for the canister purge.
