Default 2008 Nightster and 2015 Droptail Trailer for Sale

My time on two wheels has come to an end. A torn meniscus, rotator, arthritis and now fibromyalgia has made riding our beloved bikes a torture to my body. After 30 minutes of riding, my entire body aches for hours, taking the joy of riding away with it.

So, I'm going to sell our 7,000 mile '08 Nightster and the '15 Droptail 2-bike Trailer.

I bought the Nighster from MacXLN back in 2009 and traded her in for a '11 Deluxe (which we still have). In 2019, the person who bought it from the dealer listed it and I bought it from him. So I am the 2nd and 4th owner.

The bike has a standalone, auto-tune Thunder-Max EFI Module, (which replaced the factory EFI module and O2 sensors); the intake is a Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather and pipes are Rhinehart Slip-Ons, riding on Metzeler ME888 tires.

From front to back, the bike has been upgraded to a LED headlight, detachable Memphis Shade windscreen, mini-apes, DUAL GAUGE set-up from a same-year Roadster (it works, as OEM should), FWD Controls, a Brawler Solo saddle, detachable cargo rack, LED under-fender 3rd brake light, passenger pegs, Licks Cycles swingarm bags (on BOTH sides). The clutch ramp has been extended for a butter-soft pull at the lever.

In the sale of the bike I am also including a Mustang Vintage Solo saddle WITH the detachable passenger pillion, a detachable sissy bar with pad, and a Roland Sands Vintage Handlebar (uninstalled).

The bike has just turned over 7,000 miles and start/rides perfectly. Fresh fluids and tires were done at the start of last season and have only been able to put about 5-600 miles on it since.

The 2015 Droptail 2-Bike, folding trailer is a hard-to-find trailer that is no longer in production. Unlike Kendon's detachable ramp for loading, the back end of the trailer drops hydraulically giving you a fully self-loading ramp with a pair of re-arrangeable docking wheel-chocks. Once docked, simply pump the ramp back up and lock it in place. The tailgate closes up to provide you some additional protection. When not in use, it folds and stands up and out of the way for storage.

My bottom-line asking price is $5500 for the bike and $3500 for the trailer; if bought together, I'll sell BOTH for $8000 (that's a grand off)

Bike and trailer located in Throggs Neck NY, 10465. I will happily trailer it up to 100 miles in your direction to save you the hassle of NYC traffic.

Sorry to hear your riding days are ending Bunny. Age is catching all of us.
