Default 08 883L headlight stopped working

Hello everyone I have an 08 883L that I've recently changed that bars and headlight on. Everything has been working fine until a day or so ago when the headlight quit working. All of the other lights work and all of the fuses are ok. I'm not getting any power to the white or yellow wires in the headlight harness. Any idea what would cause this?

YES - Recheck your previous work - Make sure no wire is pinched.

http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...breakers_fuses
NOTE: The 2007-2009 model years have a significant history of corrosion and gunk collecting in the fuse/relay tray causing low-grade shorts and erratic electrical operation - This is especially problematic if the bike is left outside or operated in the rain. It's a good idea to check & thoroughly clean this tray at least every year (or 4 to 6 months if parked outside).

The headlight switch in the Lefthand Control is fed power on the BLUE wire, which comes from the LIGHTS Fuse.

Make sure all wires are fully seated in each connector. If any wire pulled loose from the connector housing, it may not be making contact.

Found the problem the blue wire that runs up to the high/low beam switch had severed.
