Spokes dyno the best.
Mags are second.
Solid wheels (as found on some "C" models) are awful on the dyno.
Doh! I wish George had known that while he was alive. Back when he was chasing 80HP out of his then stock 06 1200, he always complained that his bike must have been a Friday bike from the factory, because; he couldn't figure out why my bike did so good comparted to his while mine was just ear tuned as he was spending countless hours on the dyno with the Queen. I can imagine that any moment of inertia differences with his solid rear wheel would have affected his bike even more with stock HP. Probably less noticeable with the 111 HP he ended up with.
If he were able to read this he would be swapping out that wheel now and saying we need to go dyno them again.
