Default Oil leaking out of the generator?

Shortly after an oil change was done on my bike, it started leaking oil out of my generator. Not from the gasket where it sits on the motor, but out of the terminals and all that...the generator is filled with oil and leaks for some reason. Could it be that to much oil was put in the bike? This is really weird, any help would be greatly appreciated.

the right side of the genny, part that goes into the case has an open faced bearing so the bearings can be lubed but the back side has a seal to prevent oil entering the genny, probably a failure there. as bad as these wet sump, I doubt excess oil in the cam chest is to blame or it would be a wide spread issue. for the book mine did the same many years back, changed the bearings.
