Also picked up an intake manifold from a 96 1200 sportster. Seems to fit just fine. So going off that I think I can use the mikuni kit for the earlier sportsters/buells that was mentioned earlrier.

Got another part the other day






Its a tank I found on eBay titled Cole Foster Salinas boys bobber tank. I'm really digging the way it follows the lines of the frame and the exhaust I made. Also I can run the bars I have on now without interference.

I got a kickstand setup. I modified the buell xb kickstand (Im a little cheap, and I didn't hear good things about aftermarket stands)

Nice progress. Is that pushrod uni-tube a standard Buell thing? It looks too modern. I would have to put expandable tubes in there for the nostalgia look.

Thanks, Yea those push rod tubes are standard for the buell. I was thinking of leaving them since with the xb wheels and forks the bike is going to have a modern look either way.
