I'm looking for the same animal. I welded together a heel shifter for my 79 sportster I now use. Not pretty, but functional. I got sideswiped by a car in 05 while on my bike and lost most of my left foot. I can't shift by lifting what's left of my foot upward, I have to have a heel shifter. If you find a pretty one, let me know. I'm gonna work on making a spec for one that can be chromed, if for nothing else, my own use.

Default Forward Control - Heel/Toe shifter

I am also looking for a heel-toe shifter for my XL which came with forward controls. The existing toe shifter bar is some sort of cast aluminum. So I have a feeling I may have to weld (or have welded) a heel shifter on to that.
Were you able to find one already manufactured?

Here is a "How To" inexpensive solution for a Toe/Heel shifter assembly that I found in post by Zoharo.

He does do nice work. I might have to get him to conjure up something for me. I'll see what else I can come up with in the next little while first.
Thanks for replying to my post so quickly.

I know there hasn't been much activity on this thread in a while. But I thought I would throw this out there anyway, for anyone new looking for a heel toe shifter for their Sportster. I still haven't been able to find one for sale on the market but here is a link to how I made mine.
