Do you have an XLH battery box? It goes on the other side from where the regulator bolts on

I can't attest to the location of the circuit breaker for a '70 XLH though. The XLH battery carrier/box is different (from an XLCH). You really should have a '70 XLH knowledgeable guy confirm the location...... before you proceed too far.
