I just seen your bike for listing in ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Harle...Q5fmotorcycles

Your pictures look better in this forum unfortunately. You say school and work on ebay, but going to the army on the forum??? Also, since you have 0 reputation on ebay it won't get as high a bid as it should in my guestimation, but I wish you all good luck. Hope it sells for the 11K you put in it...

LOL- No way a streetracker will net more money than a stock sportster !
I told him, to strip the streetracker stuff off and return it to stock(ish) to net the biggest return, and then sell the streetracker parts separate on ebay to recoup some of his outlay....

I would like to see the list of parts that add up to 11k...with the bike I'm sure but still...not that I don't believe, or am trying to be negative...just seems like a lot invested with no notation of intense head work or beefed up lower end...I could see those changes adding up to that much but they aren't listed...or maybe I scanned over them-
Either way best luck selling to bad she's gotta go-

I'm just trying to be positive for the guy okay, but I couldn't agree more. Max money = strip aftermarket parts off bike and return to stock.

Good luck with the sale (i hope you keep it)... And SF school. Maybe I will see you over here in Afghanistan sometime. We are trying to buy a bike from the locals here for $150 to throw in the back of the truck for missions (freaks the taliban out). Your build skills would be much appreciated in tricking this afghan bike out a little!
