[QUOTE=Ferrous Head;5863748]When I did this back in July I tried everything the guys at the track had.
Doubled up on the dose of everything just to be sure it would work.
But one of my mates gave me some CBD.
It has no effect on anything BUT the pain. No wonder the cancer guys swear by it.
That might just be the solution.
^THIS^
My better half used to be in cancer research and swears by it and uses it to manage pain these days. A non THC version.

The day after I saw the Physio (last Friday) I could barely walk.
I'm seeing anew (different type) Physio today.
I have been going to the gym 3 days a week for years now. My muscles are mostly in good shape. I'm doing 36 reps of 220 lbs on he pulldown. I could do more but there is no more weight on that machine.
If I can do it, I will.

Tramadol's not a bad solution. Kills the pain, leaves you clear-headed and non-addictive.

I think the key thing for me is going to be getting the inflammation down. That and more work on my core strength. I'm not big fan of taking drugs long term.
3 days on Endone is all I can tolerate. Makes me sicker than a dog and the worst hangover you can imagine.
I am intrigued by the CBD. And everyone I have spoken to in pain management say they cannot understand why the medical profession here has been so slow to accept it.
Even the Physio I spoke to last week said "good stuff". And she sees a lot of pain.

Gym is huge.
My ecks had degendisk took her five minutes to get out of bed
Found the right physio and with 6mo she was rolling out of bed complaining like her mother raised her to.
I use a little girl to train me twice a week. Girls are better for core and leg training I have found
226 lbs is a lot of weight for lat pull downs. My rotators can't take it anymore, but I'm willing
No brain
No pain

The thing is, I probably don't need so much upper body strength anymore.
My old Sidecar was SERIOUSLY hard to get around corners. Way too much trail. Really stable down the straights but 6 laps at Lakeside was beyond me.
In comparison the new Sidecar is "finger tip" stuff.
I really do envy those F2's with center hub steering. Little girls like Chrissy Clancy punt them around like a slot car.

I noticed the hub steering patent expired in 2019 I'd expect to see some availability from the copy cats.
Is someone producing one for the side cars or are they all one offs?

Pretty sure there are guys in Europe churning them out in factories. Certainly LCR used to.
Sidecar guys don't worry about how innovative things look. They only care about getting some advantage over their rivals.
They know what works well and it ain't telescopic forks.

Pull downs limited to 220 lbs? Pull ups work better, use a dip belt if you need additional weight.
