Default Securing bike on Pittsburgh lift

I'm finally able to be building a workshop in a 20x15 shed in my new rental home.
I bought a pittsburg bike lift and question how narrow the spread between the tie down loops on the lift is.
I'm thinking of making a plywood platform 4x8 with a 2x4 border to place the jack on and have eye bolts in the plywood spread out wide on the platform to attach tie down straps to.
Any thoughts?

Default

Pal has a Wing. I have a Valkyrie. No issues at all with that lift.
My XL1200V is like a toy compared to those bikes.

I think your over-thinking things.
Not to mention tripping over the 2x4 frame.
