CV performance
Anyone else having delay times with shipping parts from them?
Ordered on the 8/10. Made a shipping label on the 23 but hasn't reached USPS yet.

This has a familiar sound to it, don’t have the previous posted thread but I believe it took months to resolve.

I had a delay only because my card address and shipping to a customs broker didn’t gel. They flag that stuff. Send them an email with your order number and see what’s up?

Between when I posted this and today it has suddenly been shipped. I did not see all the other posts about CVP and the same issues people have had. What a bummer. Reading the BBB reviews made me worried. Hopefully I don't get an empty box.

Not to worry @mgentry66, you won't receive an empty box LOL.
Some orders were delayed when people placed orders during Sturgis and we were closed. I don't think everyone noticed the site message of that brief closure. Other delays can happen at times but a quick email to us on the CVP site will answer your order questions.
Regarding BBB, I have nothing nice to say about them. They are no different than Yelp who enable some entitled people who like to use review sites to extort freebies out of small businesses. And BBB won't defend a small business unless paying for their services. There have also been some fake reviews from last year made by employees of a competitor (not saying their name) whom we called out for knocking off our products in China, so they have continually tried to give us a black eye using fake accounts. Our satisfied customers for the past 25 years would differ with the tiny amount of sh** posted in some places. It's all part of doing business in the world of online armchair-warriors.
As for the one that took "months", that might have been the one who was in another country and it was held up in customs due to something with that customer. Always two sides to every story, and the negative side always makes it's way to the top. But we have never ripped anyone off.
Just to set the record straight for anyone reading this, we have Never held anyone's money or acted in any fraudulent way toward any customer. My business is family run and we do our best to do right by other riders, because we ride ourselves. We may not be as fast as Amazon but we do our best with the small staff we have. On the other hand we won't sell your personal information to advertisers like Amazon LOL. If anyone ever has a problem I personally answer every email within one business day, you won't get some outside clown subcontracted to answer questions from a script like others. So if there is a problem (sh** happens) I do my best to handle it. I rarely make my way around most of these forums so the best resolution is directly through my company's contact form.
PS, sorry but I probably won't be responding here much but if anyone wants to contact me please use the email contact form on the CV Performance site.

My several dealings with CVP, over the last 20 years have been satisfactory. There’s always two sides to a story though.

I've had great service from CVP. Years ago my buddy started a business, and Dunn and Bradstreet called to inquire. I told my buddy that nothing good would come from their "approval" as most small start ups fail, and D&B could only hurt your business. Screw them and the BBB.

Just to update the post. Items received. Didn't mean to tell stories out of school. Just following my nose. All is well that ends well.
