Good deals on long throttle cables fitting Bendix
Handle is modified original, but with a hack saw through the copper slug I can use just about any type of hande end. But the money sides gotta have a small enough cylinder for a bendix (~1/16" diameter maybe)

I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you're looking for a vendor to sell you throttle cables for a Bendix carb, I used Barnett to buy a custom-length clutch cable for my '69 short chop.
This link for them...
https://www.barnettclutches.com/serv...aspx?faq_id=22
...shows a phone number you can call to talk to them and discuss exactly what you need before you place an order. I've never actually called them, my local Indie recommended them and he told me exactly how and what I needed to measure before I placed my order. My cable fit perfectly and has worked well for me.

If you're trying to use a cable you already have, the trick on the carb end of the cable is to get a piece of hobby shop brass tubing large enough to thread the cable into while the o.d. of the tubing is still small enough to get into the carb. I ended up having to clean out the i.d. of the tubing with a small number drill to get the cable to slide in.
Once on he cable, the 'sleeve' can be crimped with a pair of terminal pliers.
The sleeve keeps the cable from unraveling and makes threading the end into the carb cable holder.

Thanks guys, it kept seeing zero replies. I was coming in to delete it. Yes, I am (kinda) looking for a vendor and could not find anything close to the 54" one we have. Also the amount of slack needed is more than usual due to my weird set up (I'll get pics if we replace it, literally only a hacksaw cut through the slug if the original handle, cable goes through and peg won't fit. It turned out to be a surprisingly solid set up, until my dumb@ss twisted the adjustment without thinking, mangling the already rough inner wire)
Barnett (at least what I found) maxes out at 39". (That is with the peg for my carb, using other dudes trick I think I saw A 50" but still, I'd much prefer more than less.
I tapped the backside of the aircleaner and installed a tunable spring that is working atm, I think we're just going to grab the j&p replacement inner (~27$) for when she does eventually snap or before any serious riding where snapping could be very bad. It's 60" of cable with a set screw type stop, but the copper tube idea may work just as good. Some more peg would hold my spring better though ...... I digress, thinking with words sorry.
Anyways, what we REALLY want is a 54"+ housing with 6"+ of slack and a 90 into the handle. A good friend is even offering to buy it for us if it's reasonable.
TL;DR
Figured a not-ideal solution out, found cables of the length I need to be hard to find. The trick suggested above was not considered while looking though. If you do know of a good deal on a cable such as I described above; please do tell. I may call Barnett and see if I can talk to someone but idk, got some thinking to do.
But I can't be the only jammer frame apehanger bendix carb so keep the links coming if you got them. I'm still deciding, I like the replacement inner plan atm but am still thinking.
edit: I just saw you said "clutch cable", along with other dudes suggestion that may be the ticket! Plenty of them that long, thank you

Nope decided to go with the plan above for two reasons
1) I think he has a cable no longer made, the housing looks great, and it seems to be getting better and better (maybe I introduced a stubborn twist and it worked itself out, idk but every day feels smoother
2) If all the damage seems to be on the inner cable anyways, I figure that's what I should fix
Bonus reason: My dad's good friend has been great to us (bought us a full set of colony rod covers) so saving him some money will be great.
Bonus reason 2: I've never done it before, more experience!
Plan reiterated: buy the $27 j&p replacement innards and if our cable breaks or we decide to go highway riding (whichever comes first) I'll snip the end pull it out and run that j^p cable through.
Thank you for your reply though, does that actually hold up? (like I know the original apes were chair legs, but some traditions probably needed to die lol)
