Sure it will be a good strong motor.
Break-in carefully and enjoy!

Just read through this and the earlier thread, don't know where you live, up north or down south, your money situation or your mechanical skill level.
My bike is in the living room. Do you have a place to do your build?
Tools required are listed somewhere.
Got a manual? YouBoob has it all too.
Take your hands, grab yourself by the collar and make a plan to get 'er done.
Hammer has videos and a build list, they suggest a manual and yes they are pretty cheap and worth it.
As I say this my bike is staring at me, saying in a low whisper, 'ya dummy, do me too.'
Right after I get back from Arizona since it is freezing cold here in Maine...ha!

What your getting is very similar to my build, just a little less work it sounds like than what I had done.
You can see in my signature below along with a link to my Dyno sheet and maybe get an idea of wear you may come close to. I actually had another Dyno after the one shown below that the shop was able to get to 99HP & 90 TQ. But the shop is out of business now and I can't find the file anymore.

Isit tie 570 that keep the power a little lower in the band?

I believe so, take a look at the charts on Hammers site to get a feel for the cam differences. There is a chart that shows both cams runn on same chart, very graphic.

570 vs 560
I checked my inventory and purchase invoices and its actually the 570 cam that i bought which I'm happy about since its better suited to where I ride the bike. Low end torque is what I want if i have to decide. A few less horsepower at the top end is ok since I'm not a racer.

No Progress Yet
Thanks Turbo Sporty 48 for the enquiry,
But nothing as yet in the way of progress on my built. Locally it seems everyone I approach is too backed up with other work or waves me off for other reasons.
So, I'm currently just focusing on perfecting the general machine as it is. Turn signal locations, getting fresh full synth oil changes and primary fluid changes, and anything else needed to perfect the state that the bike is in currently.
I have one of the factory XL Sportster bob tail fenders like the ones that came on the Softail Springers that I will be installing after I get it paint matched. It was a new old stock but in the wrong color. So as soon as thats painted its going on the bike. Love the look of those especially when the ass is slammed to the ground.
Getting the rest of the small changes all done so the very last thing is the engine upgrade. Wish it were the other way around but that's life.
Sad to know that of all places I can't locate a cracker jack HD Indy here in Miami that I can trust. A lot of the guys I "have" talked to seem like they wrote the book on all things Harley no matter what you ask them for. A lotta ego down here.
If the situation with contracting a good mechanic to do the conversion doesn't resolve itself by years end. I'm crating the motor - sending to Hammer with all the new parts and letting them do it. My first choice would be for hammer to do it anyway. After all who knows these conversions better than they do?
I have tons of stuff that I bought like a Moto Iron Chrome Springer front fork, Shock damper kit for the Springer front end, EMD ribbed "Ribbster" covers for both sides of the case, Ribbster rocker box covers, a chrome 21" 62 spoked front wheel with the complete disk and caliper for the springer, mini bullets with mounting brackets and a lot of other stuff that I will be listing for sale shortly.
All Those things collectively cost me a ton of money. I will be selling it all off and or trading off for things I need, in hopes of recovering enough to get the motor shipped and built.
Thats where I am at the moment.

Wish I knew somebody en mijami but I don't
I do know that town is full of misfits/geniuses and you are wise to be very discerning
Shipping to Hammer might be the way. Expensive, but it will be done right.
As a second generation Miami native I am rather opinionated
I have a good indy up here in West Palm. it's about 80 miles from my old gf's place in the grove, I don't know what part of "the jungle" you are in.
https://www.facebook.com/Choppers-Shop-159542370819/ You could call Chris. He has always done me right and I have seen his work for years, my shop is around the corner from him

Many on this forum have successfully install the kit without pro help, even Hammer suggest to do it yourself because most of his problem arise from the know it all Indies.
Get a cut 3/16 Allen wrench, a 1/4 dish washer ratchet Allen wrench and a 1/2 12 sides socket and go at it.
You will also need a basic tool box (29.00$) and a 3/8 beam type torque wrench seen at 12.99$ at Harbour Freight.
