I've seen a few lists in XLF threads but I'm not sure for what years.
We have many specs in the individual parts sections in Sportsterpedia, but we don't have a list of them per say.
Just like many engine specs are the individual year model sections but not a compiled list of all Sportsters in one place.

Came across a thread at that other forum(good for amusement purposes) that the mod of the Sportster forum states that this place is jealous of the way that forum is organized. It took all I had to refrain from commenting. The misinformation there alone is ridiculous.
They actually ban people for mentioning how well this place is and the knowledge here.

I have one, but it would be helpful to have one in my pocket... (smartphone) when on the road, or helping someone else out, etc...

I'm not opposed to building a list in the pedia.
I've just been swamped compiling information from the forum.

Personally, I'm trying to avoid duplicating the FSM... In the meantime, you could take a picture with your phone of the various reference pages from your manual so you have them in your phone as needed....

EVO Cylinder head casting numbers / info would be good.
I saw that the ironhead section was good.

Yeah that's an important point.
We're not trying to replace the manuals.
A better way to say it is to enhance what's in the manuals with pics and experience not found there.
Head casting numbers would be good though.

I recently (finally) changed my fuel inlet elbow on my carb and did a write-up on it here:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:ref:carb07
I'll start a thread in the forum for it also since it hasn't been fully done there.

I also want to thank bustert again for the testing he did on CC pressure with a slack tube.
He did two separate tests, 1 from the timing hole plug and 1 from the oil tank.
The pics and data is in the Evo CC pressure thread (that I'm still working on).....

Added a few pics from harley506d and Toejam503 on re-routing the battery cables on rubbermounts to make it easier to remove the battery.
Sub Doc from Ref-Electrical-Batteries, Bulbs, LEDs.
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:ref:elec03b

Added norseXL's 1986 Engine Oiling Mods
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:refil05h
And Rubine's Mod to Move Oil Scavenging to the Front on an S&S Pro Stock Case
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:refil05g
Some fine engineering into both of those threads.

Added rocketmangb's pics of his oil gauge rig on the "Installing an Oil Pressure Gauge" page in the REF section.
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:refil15

Added some to the "Clearancing For and Test Fitting Cams" article.
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...ref:engmech01h

I also created a page for aftermarket oil pumps.
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:refil18
The reasoning was to park some pics and info on the Pro Flow pumps that aren't made any longer.
But if anybody has pics of their aftermarket OEM replicas, it'd bee good to have them here also.

That's sad to hear.
They could join forces with people from different experience levels across separate forums and accomplish much more.
But sadly, "it's all about me" seems to be the popular social media response.

Been working on the Mikuni page in the REF section.

Added a few subdocs there for:

Choke Relocation on a Mikuni HSR

Rebuilding a Mikuni HSR42 (found rubine's rebuild thread)

Basic Mikuni VM Information

Function and Tuning of a Mikuni VM-38-9

Mounting a Mikuni VM-38

edit:
I've moved all the Mikuni information to the main carb page in the REF section and fixed the above links:

The above headings are sub-docs linked from the page:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...s_and_upgrades
