Default Can you help identify this part?

Assembling an old project, and I have this left over. Looks kinda important, don't remember much about it, can't find it in my service manual. This fastener and retainer of some sort look familiar to anyone?

this is on a '92 1200XL. Had the trans cluster, rotor, and final drive pulley off, been sitting some years.

Thanks for the look, everyone

Either a forward rear fender bolt/ seat mount or a bolt to hold the headlight nacell to the visor/brow/bill?

Hadn't been into any of those. What I'm most concerned is that I left a part out of the primary, and don't know it. Blew the trans up some years ago (This thread), then life happened and I had to stop working on it. Back into it, and trying to pick up where I left off, like... 4 years ago. Now has a new transmission cassette, rotor, front drive pully. I keep hoping it's not a retainer for the clutch basket or some shit that's going to catastrophically come apart in my first 3 miles of test ride and smoke the new transmission. Haven't gotten it started yet, haven't put fluid in the trans yet, but I really don't want to remove the pressure plate and clutches just to inspect for a part that happened to fall in my parts boxes.

Looking on Ronnies, the nearest i can see is on transmission gears page.
Part numbers 5... 3675 (screw) and 18...35020-89 (retainer/counter shaft)
