Still giving me an occasional cough at idle, more pronounce when not fully warmed up, will cough and die, starts right back up. I have already replaced the crank sensor.

What do your spark plugs look like? I'm running a 45/180 jet combo in my 883 with SE AC and mufflers. I do have the Dynojet emulsion tube and needle. My gas mileage is 50mpg pretty much however I ride it. IMS set at 2.5 out IIRC.

Idles and runs great, plugs look good too, not rich. Tempted to go to a 185 main next time I pull the carb, just want to make sure I'm a bit on the rich side at WOT on the freeway. Make sure your manifold seals and carb seal are good.

John
