why waist time, we are both adults, we both want sex, if one dosen't, then do you really want to be with that person. Sorry, I guess I like sex and the intimacy of sex. Chemistry and compatibilty are a must in a relationship, in bed and out. It is up to the idividual as to which one is more important.
I "courted" a woman for 2 weeks once, the courting ritual is cool, and great forplay, but when we did have sex, I found out she was way to much into pain for me. Blood and sex shouldn't go together ( except maybe in the shower once amonth,don't look down..) TMI kevin.

RC are you feeling neglected, as some of your previous posts I've got the feeling that you are feeling a little sad for oneself. Please don't do anything that you will feel sorry for later. If your not a typical 1 nightstander I'd keep it that way. Question is Is how does RC feel about it. If sex is running the show right now that is solved real easy there are those [guys] that will accomodate you no questions asked Wham bam thank you mam. planb I agree with. Its all up to RC and what RC wants. Just remember whatever floats your boat on this make sure the guy keeps it wrapped in plastic. To much S#*t out there that never goes away. I voted 1month but wished I'd have voted OTHER. Be cool. Woman with your looks and personality should not have any problems

I use to stick to the 3 date rule. If both are still interested after that many dates why not. Now I am not saying there is anything wrong with sex on the first date, or even a one night stand. I just think some guys, whether they realize it at the time or not, lose a little respect for a lady that will just jump in the sack with you after a 'hot dog and coke'.
My wife and I met at my nephews wedding, and we dated and hung out for 2 months before we ever rattled the bed post. I am 10 yrs older than her, so maybe she was just seeing if I was looking for a younger piece of tail, I might have been, but after hanging out with her for that time, then after finally doing the deed, I was hooked.

After a few relationships that started with sex, I found a girl that was worth the wait. Two years later we were married - and I have never regretted a second of waiting. I would have waited ten years.

Trick question.
Is it sex or relationship?
If it is casual sex, I say by the end of the night.
If it is a relationship, It depends on how well you get along and relate to each other.
I've been with women that I have waited a week and some 1 year.
I have also had "Fu** Friends".
You will know when it is the time.

Respect and sex are two issues that are mutually exclusive of each other. Having one doesn't mean ya will or will not get the other. Since they are not dependent on one another, time really doesn't make a difference.... If it's right depending on the situation, go for it. If it's not, it never will be. |

It all depends.... I have had sex w/ girls the first night, and that's all it ended up being, and I've I had sex on the first night w/ the two longest relationships I have ever had.
There was definitely a different manner about it w/ the two I dated for a long time, and boht of them we "clicked" and even talked about it allot before hand. The others we were just caught in the moment and went w/ it. No regrets to any of them.
But I completely agree that sex and respect are seperate and any man/woman that lets one decide the other isn't worth your time to start w/.

Another angle on it.
It is respectable when you both respect each other as people...not objects.
Sometimes that may be a day or two (I've always found that it takes at least that long to START knowing a person) and sometimes it is years. So there is no hard and fast rule. It will just be right when it is, but that has to be the choice of the 2 people involved.....

I wouldn't have sex with a woman UNLESS I respected her. Well, there are exceptions. Like if she was a real hottie and coming on to me.
Otherwise, I'd wait until I got to know her some, whether that took an evening or months. When I was in a position to (I am in a committed relationship at the moment), I hated getting involved with loser chicks, and that's what happens if you jump a girl's bones right off the bat.
