No..not on idle, when I give it a twist...but never did that before until I adjusted the needle in carb but put it back to where I had it per factory specs..

this thread is all over the board, my first thought is leaking manifold O rings, the next is coil on it's way out. a trick I was taught when installing manifold is place a hammer handle in the manifold and push with your thigh when tightening clamps, seals em up every time, examine your coil closely, if there are any cracks visible it's on its way out.
